Craniofacial Growth and Form
Forme et Croissance du Crâne is an associate laboratory of Institut Imagine. The lab focuses on the development of growth models in craniofacial malformations, using clinical data unique worldwide (CRMR MAFACE,CRMR CRANIOST,Filière Santé Maladies Rares TeteCou).
Our goal: to build predictive tools, from digital methods and medical data, to improve the management of craniofacial malformations.

PhD thesis "(Meta-)Modeling of the functional growth of the skull: towards an integrative digital twin for decision-making assistance" (Institut Imagine / University of Rennes): formalizes current skull growth theories using ontologies and machine learning. Supervised by John Baxter and Roman Hossein Khonsari, with the guidance of Pierre Jannin and Maxime Taverne.
